I suddenly remembered Jun and Nino @$$ing (as in teasing ok.. Clean your thoughts!!!) Sho at their AAA2008 Kokuritsu concert.. Lolz~
*Sho sharing that he asked her mom to cook dinner for him when he got home and his mom's watching Maou*
Jun: "Mama, tabetai desu~"
Nino: "Hambaga daiyou~"
*Sho denying while the audience are having the time of their lives.. Lucky people..*
Yes~ It's Japanese cuisine once again with me and my merienda (turned dinner and shopping that night) buddy, Drei *applause* We went to Robinsons Ermita that night in an attempt to search for stockings, accessories and my shoes for a certain event tonight. I suggested that we try "Tempura Japanese Grill".
I was able to taste their dishes 4 times already.. (1) Food trip/Arashi meet-up with Jemmz and Abie; (2) Dinner with Ram; (3) Post-ASW event flailing (4) With Mareng Drei. Their prices are within the range on Tokyo-Tokyo and I love their sushis and makis. I love their dishes (except for chili mabo tofu)
During my first visit with Abie and Jemmz, we had Ebi Salad Maki, Tori Teppanyaki (I hope I got this right) and Curry Omu-rice. Ebi Salad Maki is mecha oishii~
Abie and I ordered Curry omu (omelet) rice. The curry rice had a strong after taste. If you don't like curry much, I suggest that you don't try it. I'm surprised with the size of the omu rice though.. It's good for 2 people if you're not much of an eater =p
Jemmz ordered Tori Teppan.. Tastes like chicken since it's chicken >_< You can never go wrong with Teppanyaki <3
Last night, Drei and I shared on a Gyu Asupara Maki. Too bad their Ebi Bacon Maki isn't available =( Personally, I liked their Gyu Asupara ^-^
I ordered Tendon. It's a mix of tempura and.. Is it kakiage? I really can't remember >_< For all I know, it's ebi tempura with strips of sweet potatoes/potatoes tempura >_<
Drei ordered Chili Mabo Tofu. So sorry mare that I wasn't able to inform you what mabo tofu's like >_< As they say.. "Parang inulam mo yung taho".. I like mabo tofu but this one doesn't suit my taste..
So, if you have time, please do drop by TEMPURA JAPANESE GRILL and try their dishes. They also offer yakiniku to those who want to have a "grilling" experience. Their friendly crew will always wait with a ready smile ^_^
for those ineterested, you can check here thanks
We visited our departed loved ones last November 2.. As usual, we went to the Chinese Cemetery to pay respects. Few bloggers and friends asked me what's it's like inside Chinese Cemetery.. Sharing with you some pics I took inside the cemetery.. It's said camera's not allowed and I got scolded by the guard.. But.. Lolz~
We call this area/tomb "Tho Ti Kong" or as what Chinese believed, God. We offer "Kim" (not the teen actress), "Hiu" (simply pinch your nose while saying this and you'll get the right pronunciation) and food offerings.
"Kim" is what we call as money offering to the dead. Don't ask me why the dead needs money.. "Kim" literally means "Gold" in Chinese (Fookien). They are yellowish/goldish/brownish papers with gold paper in the middle. We also place those colorful papers over the tomb. Some say those colorful papers serves as another form of money for the dead. Some say they add colors and festivities to the place wherever our departed ones are.
It's common for Chinese to offer foods, along with "Kim" and "Hiu" to the tombs. The "Kim" (those non-colorful ones) are then burned. The burning process is like the sending process of the money to the dead. Talk about money transfer.. Lolz~ We waited for 30 minutes to an hour before burning the "Kim". This time is said to be the time needed for the dead to eat all that we have offered them. What do we do with the food offerings afterwards? We either give them to the cemetery caretakers or take them home, wait a week or so then eat them >.< Some Chinese leave them inside the cemetery instead.
Offering table inside my grandparent's mausoleum.
The place where we burn the "monetary" offerings. Each mausoleum have their own burning area but since ours not 'that' clean, I took a picture of the cemetery's public burning area.
The image of what an Apartment-type tombs would look like. This is where they keep all cremated remains.
This is the place where they do the cremating process.
As per my dad, this is an area for the departed ones who are Buddhist.
Some mausoleum inside the cemetery.
Camera tripping since Chinese cemetery >_<
Both me and Teeny were hanging out and watching JE vids last week and we chanced upon this performance by Masahiko Kondo a.k.a Matchy on the 2006-2007 JE Countdown... i have watched that countdown like 3x already and have not recognized this performance at all maybe because it was after a Kinki performance or something (we tend to forward every Kinki Kids performance on the Contdown, Gomen KK fans but i find their songs too sappy)...
But finally, i have noticed this performance because: 1.) i absolutely adore this song w/ c unfortunately idk the title 2.) i saw Ohno & Yasu!!!!
So we were like gawking at the montage and hopefully seeing our favorite JEs... and after like 5x replaying it, we concluded that..yesss...
1.) they have chosen one for each group: including Musical Academy...w/ the exception of Kinki..but Yay still!!!!
2.) they have chosen the best dancers out of the group ( i''m REALLY SURE w/ Arashi & Kanjani8 but the others idk... V6 can choose anyone from their members and there will still be no difference but Yay for Ken!!!)
3.) each representative made their own choreography w/c made this performance cho SPAZZTIC!!!( why did i say this? just look at Ohno and his trademark "Lock dance"... and Taichi!!!! LOL...hand gestures but still <3)
so on to the screencaps..:
First is Ohno representing ARASHI of course... i LOLed at his Costume... the suit is too big for him... i think this was what they used in the 'Silver Ring" performance on the Arashic Tour based on the digest of course... and they wore it for "Kittou Daijobou" too ryt???
and i loled again... beacuse Ohno stopped abruptly and walked away after his part w/o noticing that the camera was still capturing him...ahahaha...OHNO..yey for you... ILU...ahahahha
Very uhmm...KAME??? ahahahha.. a little bit drama there...
and then Yara of course from Musical Academy.. this is what i call a PRO... awesome sequence...i really like how dramatic his dance was.. the throwing of something in the air and the doki-doki step was awwwww,,,AWESOME!!!! and the "S" step too... i can't help but admire him a lot!!!!
and of course my favourite... Yasu of Kanjani8...well, i am too biased so i would'nt say much... it's just that his butt is cho kyut...ahahha.. and he took this performance to heart....to represent Kansai i guess..ahahhha...
one thing's for sure... he had no tym to think about his dance...aahaha... HANDGESTURES are AWESOME!!(*sarcastic*) myGAWD...he didn't even moved his body!! it was all his hands and a bit of his shoulders...
this is the highlight of the song..pramis!!!!!
Ken for V6...i didn't expect Ken to be the one... but all of V6 are great dancers so no complaints there...
but i was shocked at his double turn!!! amazing! and it was too short??? pity... tsk... Tsubasa for Tackey & Tsubasa... i was disappointed with this one... He was supposed to be the Dancing king of the Golden era of the Juniors but yeah... i think he's tired or something... He turned and i guess he felt dizzy??? by the looked of it...ahhahaha... he should have just danced to the choreo of Venus... that's moar liked it....
you must replay it a few times to fully appreciate it...ahahahha
for those who missed BOP last sunday, you can dl it here

"Lovers are something we know that is mutual more intimate than friendship, than companions, than comrades"
Love is playful at times, we tend to love without ant hesitation. We tend to bring out the feeling that sometimes not clear. We tend to express these emotions and sometimes succeed and not. We are a person brought to this land that has a heart that contains the ability to love and to feel to be loved.
As we go and continue to the road we have chosen, we are also encountering unexpected situations, and in these situation we know that somehow we could meet this RIGHT person for our life, future, and to our hearts. Life in our side is full of pleasures and pain but sometimes when we love we know that we expect to be hurt at times but we still keep moving on and keep on loving... why? Because we know that loving is something we NEED.
Lastly, We are lovers who SACRIFICES the things we have for our true love? it may sound unusual or Overacting as they say but this is the truth, sometimes this sacrifices means of letting go of someone because we know that she/he may have better life with others. Though we know that inside of our hearts we are hurt we do these things because we love them.
WE LOVE IN DIFFERENT WAYS BUT IN THE END WE WILL END UP IN JUST ONE THING AND THAT IS "MAKING SURE THAT THE ONE WE LOVE WILL BE HAPPY AND WILL BE STAYING IN OUR LIVES FOREVER"

From the bottom of my heart that unconditionally and unquestionably loves all five of you. Ten years never looked this good and I'll still be counting on the days that I will be continuously supporting you.
Thanks for making my life a mirage of red, blue, green, yellow and purple goodness! ^__^
This is one of those moments wherein fellow fangirls would understand while the rest would find it trivial or insignificant. I found out something today and it made me smile.
A few years back, I was always in correspondence with this individual when we had events. This person that I would meet with was a very nice lady and we would often have coffee to discuss those projects. But I switched jobs and I never got to talk to her in-depth again. Though we would bump into each other in certain places and say hi.
Zoom in to the present. While I was surfing last night, I came across an article about her which listed her educational status and guess where she graduated from college? You guessed it right...Keio University! Since I became an Arashi fan, I never thought that I would meet someone from Keio. But all these years, I actually know someone and it just popped out when you least expect it.
INXS: Still downloading! But it's pure and unadulterated happiness so all is good. XD
